1) Junior Structural Engineer - Mumbai Office- 1 Vacancy

ASC founder is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant/Personal Secretary role. Local Mumbai candidates will be preferred. Initially, full time remote but converted to in office position in the future so "only WFH candidates" need not apply. The Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

The candidate needs to be a People person and communicate with all types of people. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, communication skills, and creativity. Total work hours per week is 40 hours - 10 AM TO 5 PM will be required from Monday to Friday with Half Day on Saturday. You should also know how to work with social media and computers. You should be proficient with MS Office Suite. You should be active on social media and know trends to handle the company's social media account. There is a lot of room to grow in the future for the ideal candidate where the company will support the ideal candidate to learn many new skills and guide their career as they desire.

Agrawal Structural Consultants was formed with the vision of designing sustainable infrastructure and providing value to clients. The founder Gaurav has a vision of establishing a legacy and changing the country's footprint. You will be helping in the business development part by calling other consultants' offices and scheduling appointments, posting content regularly on the firm’s LinkedIn page to increase visibility, scheduling interviews, setting up and managing the office, and do miscellaneous company-related tasks as and when they are required. There will be minimal on-the-job training for said responsibilities. You have to be a people person and extrovert to deal with all types of clients and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Key Credentials:

1) A masters degree in Structural Engineering from IITs, NITs is preferred with 3 years work experience preferred.

2) Proven experience in design, analysis and site visits. 

3) Expert Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, REVIT is must with some experience in BIM 360, BLUEBEAM, AUTOCAD, STAAD preferred.

4) Expert knowledge about Indian Standard Codes for RCC, Steel, Prestressed Concrete, Earthquake ,Wind loads.

5) Candidates need to have knowledge of FEM.

6) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

7) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

8) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.

9) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

10) Attention to detail.

11) Active on LinkedIn and ability to attend conferences, webinars.

12) Ability to face and solve challenges.

13) The candidate should be a self-starter and should be able to work with no supervision.

14) Local Mumbai candidates are preferred

4) Expert knowledge about Indian Standard Codes for RCC, Steel, Prestressed Concrete, Earthquake ,Wind loads and good knowledge about US Structural Code by ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC.

5) Candidates need to have expertise of FEM.

6) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
