ASC IS PRIMARY STRUCTURAL ENGINEER ON THIS PROJECT
This is a G+7 Residential Apartment System for which ASC had provided full structural engineering design ranging from concept preparation, detailed design, GFC plan preparation. The Total Project Size=45000 Sq ft. Project is located in Pandharkwada Town, Yavatmal District, Maharashtra, India. The owner of project is Mahek Construction and architect is Dipesh Zajariya. Ground floor has Parking and Commercial Shops as well.CEO Gaurav is Primary Structural Engineer on Record.

Structure is situated in Zone 2 with 44 m/s wind speed on rocky sandy soil with SBC of 50 T/m2 at 3m for 50mm settlement. There is a cantilever on all sides of building on all floors. ASC has used RCC options to make sure cantilevers are working. A uniform beam size of 250X350M30 was used along with 100mm M25 slabs across all floors. Structural System was Simple RCC Moment Frame in X along with RCC Shear Wall in Y Direction but R value used was only 3. Earthquake Design according to 1893 for Zone 2 has been followed. Largest Column size on lower levels is 300x 650M30 whereas common column size is 300x450M30 across all floor. Shear Wall thickness is 200mm at lower level along with 150mm at upper level. Isolated and combined footing of M25 concrete has been designed to resist the forces. Building had torsion irregularity, so the torsion mode has been shifted from mode 1.

The concrete and steel had been optimized as we go to upper levels. Software used- ETABS, SAFE, AUTOCAD, EXCEL. Team comprised- CEO GAURAV, 1 Senior Engineer, 2 Drafters, 2 Admin. Delivery Time- 1 month
